Need complex parts made right? YiguProto is a China 5-axis CNC machining manufacturer, supplier, and factory. We help engineers, buyers, and product teams go from CAD file to finished parts with fewer setups, tighter tolerances, and clear quotes.
Why buyers choose us
You need a supplier who understands the part, not just the price.
Many buyers tell us the same story. The part is hard. The tolerance is tight. The old shop needs many setups. The quote is slow. The result is late, costly, and risky.
YiguProto is a China CNC company that runs 5-axis machining in-house. We machine complex shapes in fewer setups. We check the part before cutting. We give you a clear quote and a real delivery date.
Your problem, our solution
We write this for buyers, engineers, and purchasing managers. Short problems. Clear fixes. One next step: send the file.
| Buyer pain | What goes wrong | YiguProto solution |
|---|---|---|
| Complex geometry | 3-axis shops need many setups. Angles, curves, and undercuts become slow and risky. | 5-axis CNC machining cuts more faces in one setup. Fewer clamps. Fewer alignment errors. |
| Tight tolerance | Every re-clamp can move the part a little. Small errors add up. | Single-setup machining protects datum and orientation. Standard tolerance ±0.01 mm. |
| Slow quote | You wait days. Sales ask for the same data again and again. | Send STEP, STP, IGES, or PDF. Most quotes return in hours, always within 24h. |
| Unknown quality | No inspection plan. No report. You only find problems after delivery. | First-piece check, in-process inspection, and final verification before shipment. |
| IP worry | You fear the drawing will leak or be reused. | Files are handled as confidential. NDA available on request. |
| Small batch ignored | Some factories only want big orders. | We support one-off prototypes, bridge runs, and full production. No strict MOQ. |
Capabilities
Real numbers. Easy to compare. Built for buyers who need facts, not fluff.
| Feature | Capability |
|---|---|
| Process | 5-axis simultaneous and 3+2 axis machining |
| Tolerance | ±0.01 mm standard; tighter tolerance on request |
| Max part size | 1200 × 800 × 400 mm |
| Best for | Curved surfaces, deep cavities, angled holes, undercuts, impellers, housings, fixtures |
| Materials | Aluminum, stainless steel, steel, titanium, brass, copper, PEEK, nylon, ABS, and more |
| Volume | Prototype, low volume, bridge production, and serial production |
| Lead time | Typically 4–10 business days, depending on part and quantity |
| Quality | DFM review, in-process inspection, CMM/final check, inspection report on request |
Why 5-axis, in plain words
A normal 3-axis machine moves in three directions: left-right, front-back, up-down.
A 5-axis CNC machine adds two rotation moves. The tool or the part can tilt and turn. That means the cutter can reach hard angles without moving the part to another fixture.
Think of it like this:
Fewer setups means fewer mistakes. It also means better surface finish, shorter lead time, and lower total cost for hard parts.
5-axis is not always cheaper per hour. But for complex parts, it often saves money because you avoid extra fixtures, extra handling, and scrap from misalignment.
Industries we serve
If the part is complex, 5-axis usually pays off.
Not sure if your part needs 5-axis? Send the file. Our engineers will tell you the honest answer.
How it works
Send STEP, STP, IGES, DWG, or PDF. Tell us material, quantity, tolerance, and finish.
We review machinability, fixtures, and risk. You get price, lead time, and DFM feedback.
5-axis CNC machining, in-process checks, and final inspection in our China factory.
Well-packed shipment, tracking, and inspection report when needed.
Why YiguProto
You are not just buying a part. You are buying a reliable process.
Cost transparency
A fair quote is not a random number. It is built from real inputs. We want you to understand what you pay for.
| Cost driver | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Machine time | 5-axis machines cost more per hour than 3-axis. But they often finish in fewer hours. |
| Programming | Complex 5-axis toolpaths take engineering time. Good programming saves cycle time and tool wear. |
| Material | Titanium and stainless steel machine slower than aluminum. Material price also varies. |
| Fixtures | Some parts need custom soft jaws or vacuum fixtures. We reuse fixtures when possible. |
| Tolerance and finish | Tighter tolerance and fine surface finish add inspection and finishing steps. |
| Quantity | Higher volume spreads setup cost. Lower volume has higher per-part cost. |
| Lead time | Urgent orders may need priority scheduling. |
We break down your quote clearly. You see machine time, material, finish, and inspection. No hidden line items.
