We accept all major CAD formats: STEP (.step, .stp) — preferred, IGES (.igs, .iges), SolidWorks (.sldprt), Parasolid (.x_t, .x_b), and STL for reference. For parts with tight tolerances or critical features, please include a 2D drawing (PDF or DWG) with GD&T notes.
Our standard tolerance is ±0.025 mm (±0.001 inch) per ISO 2768-m for metal parts. For precision applications, we can hold tolerances as tight as ±0.005 mm (±0.0002 inch) on critical dimensions. Please note tight tolerance requirements on your drawing.
Standard lead time is 3 to 10 business days, depending on part complexity, quantity, and surface finish requirements. Simple prototype parts in aluminum can often ship in as fast as 3 days.
