  • 1 prototype to 100,000+ parts, no strict MOQ

The Problem We Solve

Why Sheet Metal Buyers Get Burned

These are the problems buyers tell us about every week. Here is how we take each one off your desk.

Parts Do Not Fit Together

If bends and holes drift, the frame will not close. We hold bend angle to ±1.0° and check every batch before it ships.

Too Many Suppliers

Cutting at one shop, welding at another, coating at a third. We do it all in-house, so nothing is lost in the handoff.

Weak Welds and Rework

Bad welds fail in the field. Our welders work to drawing, and every joint is checked before finishing.

Deadlines Keep Slipping

Late parts delay your build and cost you sales. We confirm a firm date with your quote and update you at every stage.

Hidden Costs After Ordering

Cheap quotes often grow after you pay. Our quote is itemized and final, with no surprise charges for setup, tooling, or packing.

Worried About Your Design

Sending files to a new supplier feels risky. We sign an NDA before you share anything, and your design stays yours.

The raw metal finish straight after cutting and forming. Fast and lowest cost.

Powder Coating

A tough, colored coating that resists rust and scratches. Great for frames and enclosures.

Anodizing

A corrosion-resistant layer for aluminum, clear or colored, with a clean metallic look.

Electroplating

A metal coating that improves corrosion resistance or appearance on steel, copper, and nickel.

Sand Blasting

A uniform matte texture that hides marks and preps the surface for coating.

Polishing & Brushing

A brushed or mirror finish for stainless, brass, and copper parts that show.

Quality Control

How We Keep Quality Consistent

Precision is a process, not a promise. Here is how we control it at every step.

Incoming Material Check

Every sheet lot is checked against the certificate. The wrong grade never reaches the laser.

First-Article Inspection

The first part of every job is measured against the drawing before the run continues.

In-Process Checks

Bends, holes, and welds are checked during the run to catch drift early.

CMM & Gauges

Critical sizes are measured with a CMM, calipers, and gauges, and the data is recorded.

Final Inspection Report

A dimensional and visual report ships with your order on request.

Traceability

Material lots and inspection records are logged, so any part can be traced back.

Certifications & Standards

Proof, Not Just Promises

We keep the paperwork and the standards that global buyers ask for.

ISO 9001:2015

Our quality management system is certified, with documented processes and records.

RoHS & REACH

RoHS and REACH compliant materials and coatings are available on request.

Material Certificates

Mill certificates and material test reports come with your order on request.

Design Tips

Simple Design Rules That Cut Cost

Good design for manufacturing (DFM) lowers cost, reduces scrap, and speeds up delivery. Here are the basics.

Keep Bends Away From Holes

Leave at least 2 to 3 times the thickness between a hole and a bend, or the hole will distort.

Use a Standard Bend Radius

Match the inside radius to a standard tool. Odd radii need special tools and add cost.

Think About Grain and Direction

Bending across the grain can crack some metals. We will advise on the best layout.

Design for the Finish

Powder coating adds thickness. Leave room on threads and tight fits so parts still assemble.

Limit Weld Complexity

Fewer, longer welds are stronger and cheaper than many short ones. Design joints that are easy to reach.

Add Relief Cuts

Small relief cuts at corners stop tearing and help bends form cleanly without cracking.

FAQ

Sheet Metal Factory — Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions buyers ask us most often.

Our factory runs fiber laser cutters, CNC press brakes, turret punches and stamping presses, TIG and MIG welding cells, riveting machines, and a powder coating line. Most cutting, bending, welding, and finishing happen in-house.
Sheet metal fabrication turns flat metal sheet into finished parts. The sheet is cut, bent, punched, welded, and finished to make brackets, enclosures, frames, panels, and chassis. It is used for everything from prototypes to mass production.
Our cutting tolerance is about ±0.05 mm. Bend angle is held to ±1.0°, and bend-to-edge to about ±0.1 mm. If you need tighter results, tell us your key dimensions and we will confirm during the free DFM review.
We fabricate stainless steel (301, 304, 316, 316L), aluminum (5052, 5083, 5754), carbon and mild steel (SPCC, Q235, 1020), galvanized steel (SGCC/SECC), copper, and brass. Common sheet thickness runs from 0.5 mm to 10 mm, with laser cutting up to about 20 mm.
We offer powder coating, anodizing, electroplating, sand blasting, brushing, polishing, galvanizing, and silk screen or pad printing. Tell us the look and protection you need and we will recommend a finish.
Most sheet metal parts ship in 3 to 10 business days after you approve the quote. Prototypes can move faster. Large or heavily finished orders may take a little longer, and we give you a firm date with your quote.
There is no strict MOQ. We support one-off prototypes, small batch runs, and full production volumes from the same factory, so you can start small and scale up.
Price depends on material, thickness, part size, bend and weld count, finish, and order volume. Simple brackets cost the least, and complex welded enclosures cost more. Send your CAD file for an accurate, itemized quote.
Upload your 3D CAD files or 2D DXF drawings and tell us your material, thickness, quantity, and finish needs. Most quotes come back within a few hours on business days, and never more than 24 hours. Every quote includes free DFM feedback.
For sheet metal we prefer STEP (.stp, .step), IGES (.igs), DXF, and DWG files, plus PDF drawings for tolerances and notes. We also accept SolidWorks, Inventor, and Creo/ProE files.
Yes. All customer files, designs, and project details are kept strictly confidential. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share sensitive information, and we never share or display customer parts without permission.
