Overview
PTFE is a non-stick, chemical-proof plastic. We mold filled PTFE compounds into precise, high-volume parts.
PTFE, or Teflon, is a fluoropolymer that resists almost all chemicals. Pure PTFE is usually compression molded, but filled and modified PTFE compounds can be injection molded into complex, high-volume parts.
We melt plastic resin and inject it into a steel mold to form identical parts.
High-volume parts with consistent size and finish, made to your drawing.

Why PTFE
Fights almost all acids and solvents.
Nothing bonds to its surface.
Moves smoothly without grease.
Stable from −200 to 260 °C.
Material Options
We stock common grades. Tell us your need and we will pick the right one.
Stiffer and more wear resistant.
Strong and heat conducting.
Tough with good conduction.

Our engineers check wall thickness, draft, and gates. We suggest changes that cut cost.
We design and build the steel mold that shapes your part.
We melt the resin and inject it into the mold, then cool and eject the part.
We check dimensions and quality, then pack and ship worldwide.
Applications
Chemical-proof flow parts.
Dry-running, low-friction inserts.
Liners and impellers for harsh fluids.
Heat- and chemical-stable housings.
Design Tips
New to this process? These simple rules help your part turn out well and cost less.
Use a steady wall thickness so the part fills evenly and warps less.
A small draft (1–2°) on vertical faces helps the part release from the mold.
Plastics shrink as they cool. We size the mold to land on your final dimensions.
Finishes
The natural molded surface straight from the tool. Lowest cost.
A custom color coat for branding or looks.
A matte or patterned surface for grip or style.
A glossy protective layer for a premium look.
Why YiguProto
We are a dedicated factory for injection molding. Every file is reviewed by engineers before production. Every part is inspected before shipping. Your designs stay private with us.
