Why buyers choose us

Five Problems We Solve for Every CNC Turning Order

Sourcing turned parts should not feel like a gamble. Here is how our company removes the usual risks.

Quality that changes from batch to batch

We inspect every batch in-house and ship a full inspection report with your order. No more guessing whether parts will fit.

Slow replies and unclear quotes

Upload your files and quantity. Most quotes are back within a few hours, and never more than 24 hours, with free DFM feedback included.

High minimum order quantities

We support one-off prototypes, small bridge runs, and full production volumes. There is no strict MOQ.

Tolerance and finish not good enough

Our CNC and Swiss turning centers hold tolerances as tight as ±0.005 mm, with surface finishes down to Ra 0.8.

Long, unreliable lead times

Typical lead time is 3 to 10 business days. Rush service is available when your project is on a tight deadline.

Worried about sharing designs

Every file is kept confidential. We sign NDAs on request, and your drawings are never passed to any third party.

What it is

What Is CNC Turning, in Plain Words?

CNC turning is a way of making round parts. Think of a shaft, a pin, a bushing, or a fitting.

A metal or plastic rod spins at high speed. A cutting tool moves against it and shaves off material until the shape is right. CNC means the whole process is controlled by a computer, so the result is the same on part one and part ten thousand.

Our lathes also have live tooling. This means we can add holes, flats, grooves, and slots in the same setup, without moving your part to another machine.

  • Great for round or cylindrical shapes
  • One setup, many features
  • Same result from first part to last part

Our solutions

CNC Turning Solutions From One Factory

One accountable supplier for every step, from drawing to delivered parts.

CNC Turning

Standard lathe work for shafts, pins, bushings, spacers, and fittings. Best for simple cylindrical shapes and steady production runs.

Swiss Turning

Swiss-style lathes for small, long, or very precise parts such as medical pins and watch parts. Tight tolerances and a smooth finish.

Turning and Milling

Mill-turn machines make complex parts in one setup. Fewer handling steps mean better accuracy and lower cost.

Prototype to Production

One process covers your first sample and your full production run. No need to switch suppliers as volume grows.

Materials

Materials We Turn Every Day

If your material is not listed, send us the grade. We will check availability for you.

Metals

Aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, alloy steel, tool steel, brass, copper, bronze, titanium, magnesium, zinc, and nickel alloys. We also work with harder grades such as Inconel on request.

Plastics

ABS, PC, PMMA, POM, PA, PE, PP, PS, PEEK, PTFE, PBT, PVC, nylon, and acetal. A good choice when you need a light, non-conductive, or low-friction part.

Surface finish

Finishes That Make Parts Look and Work Better

Choose a finish for appearance, corrosion resistance, or performance. We will advise on the best match for your part.

As machined

Light tool marks remain. The most cost-effective option for hidden or internal parts.

Anodizing

Adds a hard, corrosion-resistant layer. Common for aluminium parts in many colors.

Polishing

Gives a smooth, bright surface. Useful for parts that must slide or stay clean.

Powder coating & painting

A durable colored layer that protects and brands your part at the same time.

Plating

Zinc, nickel, chrome, or other coatings for wear resistance and a clean look.

Custom finish

Need something specific? Submit a quote request and we will create a custom process for you.
