Industry Solutions
Industrial equipment only earns money when it runs. We make the parts that keep it running — shafts, housings, gears, valve bodies, brackets and enclosures built to survive load, heat and time.
Factory-direct CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding and sheet metal fabrication. From one prototype part to full production, with free DFM feedback on every quote.
Industry Application
We support machine builders, equipment OEMs and plant maintenance teams across the industrial parts sector. These are the parts our shops produce most often:
Bases, slides, columns and spindle parts that hold position run after run.
Housings, manifolds and valve bodies machined to seal under pressure.
Gears, shafts, couplings and bearing housings for smooth power transfer.
Assembly and inspection fixtures that make your own production repeatable.
Aluminum and steel covers, control cabinets and electronic housings.
Rollers, guides, brackets and frames for material handling lines.
Manifolds, cylinder parts and fittings cut from solid bar or plate.
Brackets, flanges and adapters that keep components aligned and secure.
How we help
Making industrial parts is about more than cutting metal. It is about clear communication, honest engineering and parts that arrive on time, every time.
Our engineers check your drawings before we quote. You get free DFM feedback that prevents costly mistakes.
Tight tolerances on critical features and repeatable quality, part after part, batch after batch.
Fast quotes and short lead times, so your downtime stays short and your project keeps moving.
One accountable supplier from first article to production, with inspection reports and clear documentation.
Solution 01 · CNC Machining
CNC machining is the first choice for metal parts that must fit, seal and last. We mill, turn, drill and grind aluminum, stainless steel, steel and engineering plastics straight from your CAD file. Tight tolerances and repeatable quality — from a single prototype to thousands of production parts.
Turned and ground shafts, pins and spindles with smooth surfaces that protect bearings and seals.
Gearbox housings, mounting brackets and machine frames machined flat, square and true.
Precision gears, valve bodies and hydraulic manifolds cut from solid bar or plate for strength.
| Best for | Metal and plastic parts that need tight fits, strength and repeatability |
|---|---|
| Materials | Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, POM, PEEK |
| Processes | 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling; CNC turning; wire EDM; grinding; drilling |
| Tolerances | Tight tolerances on critical features — confirmed in your free DFM review |
| Quantities | From 1 prototype piece to full production runs |
| Turnaround | Quotes within 24 hours; prototypes typically ship in days |
Solution 02 · 3D Printing
3D printing — also called additive manufacturing — builds parts layer by layer. No tooling, no minimum order. It is the fastest way to hold a prototype in your hand. It also makes complex shapes, lightweight designs and on-demand spare parts that machining or molding cannot easily deliver.
Fit, form and function checks in days. Print, test, improve, print again — before you spend on tooling.
Lightweight assembly jigs, drilling templates and inspection gauges tailored to your line.
Lighter parts with internal channels, plus discontinued or hard-to-source parts printed on demand.
| Best for | Prototypes, complex geometry, tooling, and on-demand spare parts |
|---|---|
| Processes | SLA, SLS, MJF and FDM for plastics; SLM metal printing for stainless steel and aluminum |
| Materials | Resins, nylon (PA12), ABS-like and PC-like plastics, TPU, stainless steel, aluminum |
| Details | Fine details and complex shapes without paying for mold tooling |
| Quantities | 1 piece to small batches — no minimum order |
| Turnaround | The fastest route to a first sample — typically days |
Solution 03 · Injection Molding
When the same plastic part is needed in the thousands, injection molding gives the lowest cost per piece. We build the mold, run pilot parts for approval, then move into stable mass production with consistent quality batch after batch.
ABS, PC and PP housings and covers with textured, polished or printed surfaces.
POM, PA and PEEK parts that slide and wear well inside moving assemblies.
Small precision parts with inserts, threads, or a two-shot look and feel.
| Best for | Plastic parts in volume — the lowest cost per piece |
|---|---|
| Processes | Rapid tooling, production molds, over-molding, insert molding, 2K molding |
| Materials | ABS, PC, PA, PP, POM, PEEK, PBT, TPU |
| Tooling | Aluminum bridge tooling for pilots; hardened steel molds for production |
| Quantities | From pilot runs to millions of pieces |
| Turnaround | Prototype parts in days; production timing follows the tooling build |
Solution 04 · Sheet Metal
Sheet metal is the practical choice for enclosures, brackets, panels and frames. We laser-cut, bend, weld and finish sheet stock to your drawing — no tooling for prototypes, fast turnaround on both single pieces and volume orders.
Sheet metal housings, control cabinets and covers with clean bends and flush seams.
L-shaped brackets, gussets and base plates that hold components firmly in position.
Front panels, machine frames and chassis built from cut, formed and welded parts.
| Best for | Enclosures, brackets, panels, frames and chassis |
|---|---|
| Processes | Laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, welding and assembly |
| Materials | Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass |
| Gauges | Light sheet to heavy plate — we advise on thickness versus strength |
| Finishes | Powder coating, anodizing, electroplating, bead blasting, brushing |
| Quantities | Single prototypes to volume production — laser-cut parts need no tooling |
Decision Guide
Still not sure? Send us your part and our engineers will recommend the best route — often a smart mix of processes inside one assembly.
| Process | Best for | Typical materials | Quantity | Tooling |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CNC machining | Metal parts with tight fits — strong, precise components | Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, engineering plastics | 1 – 10,000+ pcs | None — programmed from your CAD file |
| 3D printing | Prototypes, complex shapes, tooling and spare parts | Nylon, resins, ABS/PC-like plastics, TPU, stainless steel, aluminum | 1 – small batches | None |
| Injection molding | Plastic parts in volume at the lowest cost per piece | ABS, PC, PA, PP, POM, PEEK, PBT, TPU | Pilot runs to millions | Mold required — we build and maintain it |
| Sheet metal | Enclosures, brackets, panels and frames | Aluminum, steel, stainless steel | 1 – volume | None for laser-cut prototypes |
How we work
You always know where your project stands. Here is the path most industrial parts projects follow with us:
Send 2D drawings or 3D models (STEP, STP, IGES, STL). Tell us the quantity and where the part is used.
Our engineers review the design and return a quote within 24 hours, with feedback that improves manufacturability.
We make a first sample and run dimensional checks. You approve fit, form and function before production starts.
We confirm the process with a small batch. Adjustments to design, material or finish happen here — while change is still cheap.
We scale up with stable quality and on-time delivery. Inspection reports travel with every batch.
Quality & Trust
Good industrial parts are proven, not promised. Our quality system checks every stage, so you can put our parts straight into your machines.
Material certificates for every lot, so what arrives matches what you ordered.
A full dimensional check on the first piece before the run begins.
Operators verify critical features during the run — not only at the end.
Dimensional and inspection documentation with every order. Your files stay confidential.
Materials & Finishes
Material choice decides how a part behaves in service — under load, heat, chemicals and wear. Tell us your conditions, and we will suggest a grade that fits your budget.
