Industry Solutions
Machines earn their keep by running accurately, shift after shift. We build the parts that keep them running — frames, shafts, gears, slideways, covers and the jigs and fixtures that make your line repeat.
Factory-direct CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding and sheet metal fabrication. From one machine or fixture to batch production. Free DFM feedback with every quote.
Industry Application
We supply machine builders, OEM factories and maintenance teams across the machine industry. These are the parts our shops produce most often:
Welded and machined frames and bases that stay flat and rigid under load.
Turned and ground shafts and spindles that run true at speed.
Precision gears, splines and gearbox components cut from solid stock.
Assembly, welding and inspection fixtures — machined in metal or 3D printed.
Guideways, work tables and beds machined for smooth, accurate travel.
Sheet metal covers and molded guards that protect people and components.
Manifolds and valve blocks drilled and finished to your drawings.
One-off or repeat spares — including obsolete parts we reverse-engineer.
How we help
Machine building rewards fits that repeat and suppliers who answer. We engineer, machine, mold and finish in one place — so your parts arrive ready to assemble.
Our engineers check your drawings before we quote. Free DFM feedback that prevents costly mistakes.
Tight tolerances on bearing and sliding surfaces, with ground finishes where it counts.
Fast quotes and short lead times, so a stopped machine starts again sooner.
One accountable partner for machining, tooling, molding and finishing — with inspection reports.
Solution 01 · CNC Machining
CNC machining is the backbone of machine building. We mill, turn, grind and EDM frames, shafts, gears and slideways from solid metal. Heavy or delicate, one-off or batch — every part arrives ready to assemble.
Large-format milling for machine frames, beds and bases that stay flat and true under load.
Turned and ground shafts, spindles, gears and splines with fine surface finishes.
Jig and fixture bodies, gauges, wear plates and hardened inserts — machined to your drawing.
| Best for | Machine frames, shafts, gears, slideways, tooling and precision inserts |
|---|---|
| Materials | Cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, POM |
| Processes | 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling; CNC turning; wire EDM; grinding; drilling and tapping |
| Surface finish | Heat treatment, grinding, black oxide, anodizing, chrome plating |
| Tolerances | Tight tolerances on bearing and sliding surfaces — confirmed in your free DFM review |
| Quantities | From 1 machine or part to batch production |
| Turnaround | Quotes within 24 hours; prototypes typically ship in days |
Solution 02 · 3D Printing
A jig guides the tool. A fixture holds the part. 3D printing puts them on your line in days, not weeks — drill guides, assembly nests, soft jaws and inspection gauges all print straight from your model. For tools that take heavy load or heat, we print the body and fit a machined metal insert.
Drill guides, welding jigs, bonding nests and clamping jaws — revised and reprinted overnight when the fit changes.
Go/no-go gauges, profile checks, part trays and presentation aids that keep the right part in the right place.
Appearance models, lightweight brackets and parts with internal channels that machining cannot reach.
| Best for | Jigs, fixtures, gauges, prototypes and complex parts |
|---|---|
| Processes | FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, and SLM metal printing |
| Materials | PETG and carbon-fiber nylon (FDM), nylon PA12 (SLS/MJF), resin (SLA), stainless steel |
| Details | Hand-loaded tools print fastest. Heavy load, heat or cutting contact? We fit machined metal inserts. |
| Quantities | 1 tool to matched batches — a reprint costs almost nothing |
| Turnaround | Days — usually the fastest route to a working tool |
Solution 03 · Injection Molding
Modern machines use molded plastic for guards, knobs, handles and covers. Injection molding gives these parts the lowest cost per piece in volume — with the toughness and finish production needs.
ABS, PC and PP guards and covers that protect people and components without sharp edges.
Grips, knobs, handwheels and trim — including soft-touch over-molding.
Bushings, spacers, cable clips and connectors in engineering plastics.
| Best for | Guards, covers, knobs and small plastic parts in volume |
|---|---|
| Processes | Rapid tooling, production molds, over-molding, insert molding |
| Materials | ABS, PC, PA, POM, PP, PBT, TPU, TPE |
| Tooling | Aluminum bridge tooling for pilots; hardened steel molds for production |
| Quantities | From pilot runs to millions of pieces |
| Turnaround | Prototype parts in days; production timing follows the tooling build |
Solution 04 · Sheet Metal
Sheet metal wraps and protects the machine. We laser-cut, bend and weld steel and aluminum into covers, doors, cabinets and brackets — no tooling for prototypes, and fast turnaround from one unit to volume.
Machine covers, access doors and side panels with clean bends and flush seams.
Cabinets, mounting plates and backplates that hold drives and controls in place.
Cable trays, brackets and reinforcement plates that keep wiring tidy and safe.
| Best for | Covers, doors, cabinets, brackets and cable trays |
|---|---|
| Processes | Laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, welding and assembly |
| Materials | Steel, stainless steel, aluminum |
| Surface finish | Powder coating, anodizing, electroplating, brushing |
| Quantities | Single units to volume — laser-cut parts need no tooling |
| Turnaround | Quotes within 24 hours; prototypes typically ship in days |
Decision Guide
Still not sure? Send us your part and our engineers will recommend the best route — often a smart mix of processes in one machine build.
| Process | Best for | Typical materials | Quantity | Tooling |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CNC machining | Frames, shafts, gears, slideways and precision metal parts | Cast iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, POM | 1 – 10,000+ pcs | None — programmed from your CAD file |
| 3D printing | Jigs, fixtures, gauges, prototypes and complex parts | Nylon, PETG, carbon-fiber nylon, resin, stainless steel | 1 – small batches | None — metal inserts fitted where tools take wear |
| Injection molding | Guards, covers, knobs and small plastic parts in volume | ABS, PC, PA, POM, PP, PBT, TPU, TPE | Pilot runs to millions | Mold required — we build and maintain it |
| Sheet metal | Covers, doors, cabinets, brackets and cable trays | Steel, stainless steel, aluminum | 1 – volume | None for laser-cut prototypes |
How we work
You always know where your project stands. Here is the path most machine part projects follow with us:
Send 2D drawings or 3D models (STEP, STP, IGES, STL). Tell us the quantity and how the part will be used.
Our engineers review the design and return a quote within 24 hours, with feedback that improves manufacturability.
We make a first sample and run dimensional checks. You approve fit, form and function before production starts.
We confirm the process with a small batch. Adjustments to design, material or finish happen here — while change is still cheap.
We scale up with stable quality and on-time delivery. Inspection reports travel with every batch.
Quality & Trust
Good machine parts are proven, not promised. Our quality system checks every stage, so your machines assemble cleanly and run for years.
Material certificates for every lot, so what arrives matches what you ordered.
A full dimensional check on the first piece before the run begins.
Operators verify critical features during the run — not only at the end.
Dimensional and inspection documentation with every order. Your files stay confidential.
Materials & Finishes
Material and heat treatment decide how a part behaves under load, speed and wear. Tell us your conditions, and we will suggest a grade that fits your budget.
Cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and bronze — strong, stable and wear-resistant.
