The Problem

Tired of metal stamping suppliers that let you down?

We hear these pain points from buyers every day. Here is how our China factory fixes them.

01

Middlemen mark up prices

Trading companies add 20–40%. You pay for layers you never see.

  • We are the real factory
  • Direct engineer contact
  • No hidden markup
02

Quality is inconsistent

First samples look great. Production runs arrive with burrs, cracks, or bad bends.

  • IQC + IPQC + OQC checks
  • PPAP reports on request
  • 100% visual + gauge check
03

Quotes take forever

You wait a week for a price. The project is already late.

  • DFM review in 24 hours
  • Clear, itemized pricing
  • Same-day response (Mon–Sat)
04

Lead times slip with no update

The factory misses dates and goes silent when you chase them.

  • Weekly progress reports
  • Shared production photos
  • Tracking from dock to door
05

No DFM help before tooling

Your design gets made as drawn — even when a small change would cut cost and boost yield.

  • Free DFM with every quote
  • Material & thickness advice
  • Tool life estimates
06

No one owns your project

You get passed between sales, engineering, and shipping. Nobody is accountable.

  • Dedicated English engineer
  • One contact, quote to delivery
  • After-sales support

Metal Stamping 101

What is metal stamping, in plain English?

Metal stamping is a fast way to turn flat metal sheets into shaped parts. We feed a sheet (or coil) into a press. A custom tool (die) cuts, bends, punches, or stretches the metal into shape — thousands of parts per day, all identical.

Think of it as a giant, precise cookie cutter for metal. It is the cheapest way to make strong metal parts in volume.

  • Flat sheet in, finished part out
  • One tool, many thousands of parts
  • Tight, repeatable tolerances
  • Low per-part cost at volume

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Send us your drawing, volume, and material. We will recommend the lowest-cost process that meets your quality and lead-time needs. Simple parts at high volume usually go progressive die. Very deep parts go deep draw. Large, bulky parts go transfer die.
Send us your 2D or 3D files (STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, or clear PDF). Most quotes come back within a few hours on business days, and we guarantee a response within 24 hours.
Simple progressive dies start around $800–$2,000; complex transfer or deep-draw tools can run higher. Tooling lead time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on size and station count. We will quote tooling separately from per-piece price so there are no surprises.
Standard commercial tolerance is ±0.05 mm on most features. Critical dimensions can be held to ±0.02 mm with proper die design and in-process control. We will flag any dimension on your drawing that we cannot hold, before you pay for tooling.
There is no strict MOQ. We support one-off prototypes (made by soft tool, laser+form, or short-run die), bridge runs of a few hundred pieces, and full production of millions of parts per year. Piece price drops as volume goes up.
Prototype samples: 3–7 days. Production tooling: 2–4 weeks. First article (T1) samples off hard tool: 3–5 weeks after PO. Mass production per lot: 7–15 business days after sample approval, depending on quantity and secondary operations.
We run a documented quality system: incoming material check (IQC) with mill certs, in-process checks (IPQC) every production hour, and outgoing final inspection (OQC) with full dimensional and visual sign-off before packing. We can provide PPAP Level 3, FAI reports, CMM reports, and SPC data on request.
Yes — and it is free with every quote. Our engineers review your part for thinning, sharp corners, narrow slots, bend reliefs, and material choice, and suggest small changes that cut cost, extend tool life, and improve quality before any steel is cut.
3D: STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), Parasolid, SolidWorks. 2D: DWG, DXF, PDF. If you only have a sketch or a sample part, send photos with dimensions and we will take it from there.
Absolutely. We treat every customer file as confidential and are happy to sign a mutual NDA (MNDA) before you share detailed designs. Your tooling is never used for another customer, and your files are never shared with third parties without your written approval.
