We machine tight-tolerance metal and plastic parts that fit the first time. As a China precision machining manufacturer and supplier, our factory holds tolerances down to ±0.005 mm with CNC milling, turning, wire EDM, and grinding. Upload your CAD file and get a factory-direct quote with free DFM feedback within 24 hours.
The Problem We Solve
These are the problems buyers tell us about every week. Here is how we take each one off your desk.
A few microns off and your part will not assemble. We hold ±0.005 mm as standard and measure critical features with CMM before shipping.
Tool marks, chatter, and burrs ruin fit and looks. We set the right speeds, use the right cutters, and deburr every edge.
Late parts delay your build and cost you sales. We confirm a firm date with your quote and update you at every stage.
Cheap quotes often grow after you pay. Our quote is itemized and final, with no surprise charges for setup, tooling, or packing.
Weeks of silence and unclear answers waste your time. You get one dedicated engineer who replies within hours.
Sending files to a new supplier feels risky. We sign an NDA before you share anything, and your design and drawings stay yours.
Our Solution
YiguProto is a precision machining company based in Dongguan, China. We own our CNC shop, our metrology lab, and our finishing lines. That means no middleman, no markup, and no finger-pointing.
From your first CAD file to the last shipped carton, one team handles design review, programming, machining, inspection, and delivery. You always know who to call.
Overview
In plain words: a computer-controlled cutter removes material from a metal or plastic block until the part matches your drawing. Precision machining means the part is accurate to a few microns, again and again.
Standard fabrication cannot hold these numbers. Precision CNC machining can. A program (G-code) controls every movement of the tool, so there is no operator variation and every part in a run is the same.
That repeatability is why precision machining is used for aerospace parts, medical instruments, and industrial machinery, where a failed part is not an option. Our shop runs 3, 4, and 5-axis mills, CNC lathes with live tooling, wire EDM, and surface grinders to cover the full range of work.

Capabilities
Real numbers, so you can spec your part with confidence.
±0.005 mm (±0.0002 in) as standard. Down to ±0.001 mm on critical features.
Ra 3.2 µm as machined. Down to Ra 0.4 µm with fine machining, grinding, or polishing.
3, 4, and 5-axis milling, plus mill-turn lathes with live tooling.
Milling up to 1,200 × 600 × 500 mm. Turning up to Ø 500 × 1,000 mm.
Aluminum, steel, stainless, titanium, brass, copper, Inconel, POM, PEEK, and more.
CMM, optical comparators, micrometers, pin gauges, and hardness testers in-house.
Most parts ship in 3 to 8 business days after quote approval.
From 1 prototype part to 100,000+ pieces. No strict MOQ.
Our Solutions
From a single prototype to full production, we match the process to your part, your material, and your budget.
Rotating cutters shape flat and complex faces. 5-axis cuts angled features in one setup for better accuracy.
The part spins while the tool cuts. Ideal for shafts, bushings, and fittings with tight diameters and threads.
A thin wire cuts hard steel with no cutting force. Great for sharp internal corners and hardened parts.
An abrasive wheel gives flat surfaces and tight flatness. Often the last step after heat treatment.
Cut five faces without re-clamping. Fewer setups mean tighter tolerance and shorter lead time.
Get real machined parts in the final material for testing, with the same accuracy as a full production run.
Materials
We machine the materials your application actually needs. Need something special? Just ask and we will source it.
Material certificates are available on request, and we can machine from plate, bar, tubing, castings, and extrusions.
Surface Finishes
Pick the finish that fits the job. We handle most finishes in-house or with trusted partners.
Clean cut finish around Ra 3.2 µm. Fast, lowest cost, and ready to use.
Type II or Type III hard coat for aluminum. Adds wear and corrosion protection, with color options.
Uniform matte texture that hides tool marks. Good for cosmetic and grip surfaces.
Thin black finish for steel. Keeps dimensions and adds mild corrosion resistance.
Thick, tough color finish. Great for frames, brackets, and enclosures.
Mirror polish for optics, or passivation to clean stainless and boost corrosion resistance.
Quality Control
Precision is a process, not a promise. Here is how we control it at every step.
Material certificates are checked for every lot. The wrong grade never reaches the machine.
First-off and in-process checks keep dimensions stable across the whole run.
Critical dimensions are measured on a CMM with recorded data, not guesses.
Optical comparators, micrometers, and pin gauges verify threads and small features.
First article inspection and a full dimension report ship with your order on request.
Heat numbers and hardness results are recorded, so every part can be traced back.
Industries
Our machined parts end up in products used around the world every day.
Structural brackets, housings, and fluid parts in aluminum and titanium to tight tolerance.
Surgical instruments, implant hardware, and device parts in stainless and titanium.
Sensors, connectors, and jigs in steel and aluminum that hold tight tolerance.
Heat sinks, housings, and connectors in aluminum, copper, and engineering plastics.
Precise fixtures and components in aluminum, stainless, and high-performance plastics.
Brackets, shafts, and custom fixtures for robotic arms and automated equipment.
How It Works
A clear, proven process with no surprises. You always know where your project stands.
Send your 3D CAD file (STEP, STP, IGES, or X_T) with your material, quantity, and finish needs.
Within 24 hours you get an itemized quote plus a DFM report that flags issues and suggests fixes.
Review the quote, ask questions, and request changes. Once approved, we start programming.
We program, set up, and cut the first part. We check it against your drawing before running the rest.
Every batch is inspected for dimensions and finish. We add any anodizing or coating you need.
Parts are packed for safe transport and shipped with your preferred carrier, tracked to your door.
Design Tips
Good design for manufacturing (DFM) lowers cost, reduces scrap, and speeds up delivery. Here are the basics.
Tighten only the features that matter. Extra-tight tolerance adds cost and lead time for no real gain.
Add ribs or slightly thicker walls so the part does not flex or chatter while it is being cut.
A cutter has a radius. Use an inside radius equal to or larger than the tool, or the corner cannot be cut.
Deep holes need special tooling. Keep depth under about 4 times the diameter when you can.
State the thread standard and class, and add a small chamfer so threads start clean.
Clear datums help us hold the part once and machine more faces accurately.
